The manuals once issued can be taken back if you have not attended the course and they are in unused condition. Once you open them, no returns are possible.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Change of venue

We have different organizers in different cities and it’s not always possible to move your workshop slot to another city. If there is a possibility, we will definitely help you out.

Cancellation

Once you make a booking, we only allow change of dates if informed 3 working days ahead of the current scheduled session, provided the next session is available and has a vacancy. If there is no future session planned at that location, you forfeit the booking fee.
